really looking forward to it, the first one was how batman "should" be, I'm looking forward to seeing the Joker as he "should" be... been trying to warn my non comic book reading wife about the Joker... meh heh.

okay i saw the show last night and well.. and i gotta say a few things.

1.Maggie Gyllenhaal made me dislike the character as a whole and made me completely loose any belief that bruce would care for her as much as he did.

2. Ledger Joker was fucking amazing BUT so was two face.. i dont want him to be over sited.. while two face wasnt nearly as ground breaking he was still light years better than tommy lee jones' take on the character.. but boy o fuckin boy was heath way more incredible than i expected when i first heard he was given the role.. everyone was saying no one can beat jack nickolsons version but gotta say FATALITY! FLAWLESS VICTORY! (used of course in honor of batman and joker bein in the new mortal kombat game) but in any phrase he SMASHED it..

3. im a little sad there was no harley quinn but i wasnt holding my breathe.. and what was up with showing gordons sons face but never his daughters.. i understand that shes batgirl and maybe theyll do something with her later.. but wtf is she completely dense? his son has speaking lines, runs down stairs to check on his father, looks up at joker, is the only of the two kids that comes to the door when they get the bad news.. WTF..

4. they never go into what happens with the dude wayne saves with the lambo.. or are we just to write that one off?

5. the movie as a whole was . . . BETTER than begins.. re watch begins and say its not... i dare ya. They were fare less true to the comics in the first movie, the Villains werent HALF as awesome and truly threatening as they are in Dark Knight.

and the plot set ups for the next movie make your mouth water right from the get go. its just a better flick.

and yeh.. the batman voice made me laugh the whole time.. didnt know batman was a chain smoker.. tho when they made the crack about him needing a new suit so he could move his neck was classic.. an aside to every batman movie so far.. minus adam wests batman movie.. but ... we wont count that.

BABY, IT'S HAWT!

Don't take the babies with you. It's scary.

1. I don't think it was Maggie so much as Rachel is one annoying character. I hated her when Katie Holmes played her too.

2. Two face was fantastic, don't get me wrong. But I think almost any actor could do a better two face than the atrocity that was Tommy Lee Jones' Two Face. Then those movies were bad all the way around.

3. I was more like... wait, WHERE'S HIS DAUGHTER BARBARA? WTF. Are they going to make his wife go straight to Oracle or something? I seriously thought Joker was going to paralyze her at one point.

4. WRITED OFF. Yeah, a few scenes ended weirdly. Joker was IN Bruce's pent house pointing guns and then when he and rachel go thru the window it cuts to a new... scene... Did joker kill people or just bail?? WTF

5. Joker was. I loves me some effin RASHIE but Joker was way scarier than Scarecrow and Ras.

So...you're saying it was "ok"?

I'm basing how fast I see it off of everyone else's opinion of it.
